Amy Winehouse has been giving her goddaughter Dionne Bromfield a helping hand to launch her pop career.
Despite the fact that Bromfield is still only 12 years-old, Winehouse has paid for her to travel to Los Angeles for two weeks to record her first EP with producers handpicked by the singer, reports The Mirror.
Winehouse has also organised for Bromfield to perform a short set at the Berkeley Square Ball in London this Saturday (September 27).
Bromfield previously made the news after she appeared with Winehouse on a YouTube video filmed by Pete Doherty, where she performed a cover of Alicia Keys' 'If I Ain't Got You'.
