Guitarist chats to his footballing friend on Italian TV

Oasis' Noel Gallagher has joked that he is going to sell a Juventus shirt of his Italian footballer friend Allesandro Del Piero on eBay after being presented with it on an Italian TV show.

The guitarist was presented with the shirt on Italy's 'Che Tempo Che Fa' show, on which Del Piero, an old friend of Gallagher's, spoke by phone.

The footballer thanked Gallagher in Italian for creating "inspiring" music, before signed shirt was presented to the guitarist.

Not missing a beat, Gallagher quickly declared to the host eBay!", which despite the language barrier drew laughs from the studio audience.

ahhh clearly this will appear as an extra on the dig out your soul bonus dvd disc released at christmas. Noel's festive comedy section, this is a classic along with his famous selection of why did the chicken cross the road jokes. They will probably re edit him being pushed over to some comedy noises just to sell a few more cds.
