Romance for Pussycat Doll and Lightspeed Champion?

Lightspeed Champion has revealed on his blog that there could be romance in air for him and one of the Pussycat Dolls.

Dev Hynes explained that Nicole Scherzinger from the band saw a video of him asking them a question for an interview and said that he was "real hot".

He explained: "A week or so ago I had to give a question for them to answer on the UK music show 'Sounds' presented by Grimshaw and Annie Mac."

There could be an obstacle to romance though - Scherzinger is dating British Formula One racing driver Lewis Hamilton.

Hynes, who released his debut album as Lightspeed Champion, 'Falling Off The Lavender Bridge' back in January, also revealed what his new material will sound like.

"So writing new songs is coming along pretty nicely," explained the singer. "It's all sounding quite emotional in a melodramatic way, and actually quite British too."

Hynes says he will perform his new songs when he plays in Japan and America in November.
