Biography

b. Peter Blair Dennis Bernard Noone, 5 November 1947, Manchester, England. After studying singing at the Manchester School of Music and Drama, the teenage Noone won a part in the television series Coronation Street. After taking up piano and guitar he talked his way into the Heartbeats, which later became Herman's Hermits. Two years later he reverted to his original career, taking an acting role in The Pirates Of Penzance. He subsequently moved to the USA where he hosts a music television show
